By accessing or using Rasomate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
Rasomate grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to access restricted areas, scraping content, or using the Service to harm others.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. AI-Generated Content
Rasomate uses AI to generate recipe suggestions and meal plans. These are provided for informational purposes only. Always verify ingredients and nutritional information independently, especially if you have allergies or dietary medical conditions.
5. Intellectual Property
The Rasomate platform, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by Rasomate and protected by copyright laws. Content you create (recipes, notes, meal plans) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant Rasomate a limited licence to store and display your content solely to provide the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rasomate is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties about the accuracy of AI-generated content, nutritional data, or expiry date suggestions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
